Hemp Cookies

These cookies are the best. They are very filling and good for breakfast.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C ground oats (oat flour)
  • 1/4 C hemp Protein Powder
  • 1/4 C rolled oats
  • 1/3 C unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 C hulled hempseed
  • 1/4 C dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 C peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3 T honey
  • 1/4 C hemp milk or almost milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, stir together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together nut butter, honey, hemp/almond milk, and vanilla.
  3. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring to form a dough. The dough will be thick, like oatmeal cookie dough.
  4. Roll dough into small 1" balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
