These cookies are the best. They are very filling and good for breakfast.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium sized bowl, stir together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together nut butter, honey, hemp/almond milk, and vanilla.
- Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring to form a dough. The dough will be thick, like oatmeal cookie dough.
- Roll dough into small 1" balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
