Raspberry Banana Hemp Smoothie



1/2 cup frozen raspberries.
1 ripe banana.
1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy substitute.
1/4 cup yogurt.
1 cup of ice.
1 tsn honey or maple syrup (optional)
2 tbsp hemp protein powder (or hemp seed hearts)



- Place all ingredients in to blender
- Blend 20-30 seconds on high, until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!
